FoodShop is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help small food businesses track recipe costs, manage orders, and operate storefronts. The Service provides tools for cost calculation, pricing suggestions, and business management.

You are solely responsible for verifying prices with your actual suppliers and entering accurate pricing information. FoodShop is not liable for any business decisions made based on suggested pricing information.
You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, product descriptions, images, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service, including displaying your storefront to potential customers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your products, storefront content, and business operations comply with all applicable food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and local laws in your jurisdiction.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FoodShop within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@foodshop.biz for a full refund. Refund requests are processed through Paddle.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Y.S.I.A. Software Solutions LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOODSHOP AND Y.S.I.A. SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y.S.I.A. Software Solutions LTD., FoodShop, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. You may export your data before your account is closed.
We may terminate or suspend your account:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law. We are not obligated to maintain or provide your data after termination, so please export your data before closing your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
EU residents may also file complaints with their local consumer protection agency or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
